Our Honey Chilli Seasoning was inspired by sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken that we wanted to recreate at home and on the BBQ.
This Honey Chilli Seasoning works great on chicken thighs and wings for epic crispy chicken.
This can be used for BBQ, smoking and oven cooking.
Glaze with extra honey for the ultimate in Sticky Finger Lickin’!!
Apply an even coating, use at approximately 3 -5% meat weight.
Store in a cool dry location in the container provided, keep sealed.
